Return Policy

Returns

Returns may be arranged within 30 days of your purchase. After this period, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in it's original packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact help@mygreenteapot.com. We will provide you with return instructions and a RMA number. 

Shipping

To return your product, please ship the package to:

and include the RMA number with your shipment.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The original return shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you are shipping a package over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service  or purchasing insurance in the event your package is lost or damaged in transit.  

Exchanges

An exchange may be arranged within 30 days. Please e-mail hello@mygreenteapot.com for mailing instructions.

Refunds 

Once your return package is received and inspected, we will notify you through email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund would be processed and a credit would automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to complete.
